Confirm & Deposit
We confirm your chef’s availability. A $50 deposit (applied to your final total) locks the date.
Party Day
Your chef arrives 30–45 minutes early, sets up the grill, and the show begins. Pay the balance after the event.

Date & Time
Your preferred date and start time. Weekends fill fast — book 1–2 weeks ahead.
Location
Your address or venue. We come to homes, patios, parks and offices across SoCal.
Guest Count
Adults and kids. Remember: 10–20 guests saves $50, and 50+ saves up to $400.
Package & Menu
Classic, Premium or Luxury — plus any premium upgrades like lobster or filet mignon.
Dietary Needs
Vegetarian, gluten-free, halal and more — tell us in advance and we’ll plan around it.
Setup Preference
Premium and Luxury include table & chair setup. On Classic, you provide tables, chairs, plates and utensils.
