Send us the house rules when you enquire and we will tell you straight away whether it clears u2014 we would rather say no early than have a problem on the day.
How hot does it get, and can you still cook outside in summer?
It is genuinely hot from June through September, often over 105u00b0F in the afternoon. We can absolutely still cook, but we start at or after sunset and bring shade for the prep station. Your guests will be comfortable and the teppan show looks spectacular after dark.
