Can you set up on a boat dock or a floating patio?
We need stable, level ground for a teppan grill, so a floating dock is not safe for us. A solid bayfront patio, deck or terrace with a view is ideal and gives you the same waterfront experience.
Balboa Island parking is tough. How do you handle it?
We ask you to identify one legal spot for our vehicle within a short carry of the setup area and keep it clear for the cooking window. Once we know that, everything else runs on schedule.
